Welcome to SomaTech. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SomaTech’s AI-powered learning services, including AI avatar conversations, offline chatbot services via SMS/phone number, and self-assessment examinations. By accessing or using SomaTech, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “SomaTech” refers to the AI learning platform and services.
• “User” / “Learner” means any person using SomaTech services.
• “AI Services” include: AI avatar live conversations, offline chatbot via SMS/phone number, and self-assessment exams and quizzes.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old (or minimum digital consent age in their country).

• Users under 18 should use SomaTech under parental or guardian guidance where required by law.

3. Services Provided

SomaTech provides:

• AI-powered interactive learning avatar, SMS-based or offline chatbot learning assistance, Educational quizzes and self-assessment exams, and Personalized learning support. We may update or improve features at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• To use the platform only for educational purposes, Not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or harm AI systems, Not to submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content, and Not to impersonate others or provide false information.

5. AI Limitations

• AI responses are automated and may not always be accurate. SomaTech does not replace professional academic, medical, or legal advice. Users should verify critical information independently.

6. Exams and Self-Assessment

• Exam results are for learning purposes only. Scores do not constitute formal certification unless explicitly stated. SomaTech may store performance data to improve learning experience.

7. Offline SMS Chatbot Service

• Users can interact via a dedicated phone number: +255 664 343 479. Standard SMS or network charges may apply. Service availability may depend on telecom providers.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, AI systems, and branding belong to SomaTech. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for learning. Copying, reselling, or distributing SomaTech content is prohibited.

9. Termination

SomaTech may suspend or terminate access if: Users violate these Terms, there is misuse of AI services, or required by law or security concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

SomaTech is not liable for: Learning outcomes or academic performance, errors in AI-generated responses, or service interruptions or network failures.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SomaTech means acceptance of changes.
